Chapter 3 Their Cute bantering

Arun's POV:

The next day, I and Bhai arrived in class 5 minutes late.

"May we come in sir?", I said.

"Why are you both come late?", sir asked.

I looked at that first, but he was busy looking at his girl and now I have to make some excuse.

"Sir our car was punctured on the way. That's why", I said making an innocent face so that sir believe my excuse.

Whereas the real thing was that I and Bhai had reached college early in the morning and started playing cricket on the college ground.

"Ok come in, but it should never happen from next time", sir said.

"Can't guarantee", my mind replied.

"Ok sir", I replied and we both come into the class and sat in our seats.

I saw my girl looking at me and laughing as if she knew the truth. I see her later.

In the free lecture, we all went to the library to get a library card made.

I, Gaurav, Saurav, Bhai, and two girls were filling the form and suddenly bhai disappeared somewhere. I saw that he was standing with the same girl. Even this brother does not know what has happened, he has fallen behind to say sorry to the girl.

I looked at my girl and she had filled her form very comfortably and very happily as if she is going to get a medal after filling this form.

"Gin-ni", I whispered near her ear standing behind her and she quickly turned towards me.

"You again, What are you doing here?", She asked in anger showing her index finger.

"I was doing what you are doing, but I am fast than you. I first filled the form and came here to help you", I told her showing my teeth.

"So you have come here after finish your work and not to help me here but to bother me", she said angrily.

"Whatever you like, you can think. By the way, what's your name? Gin-ni", I said wiggling.

"No, my name is Ginni, not Gin-ni. you understand", She replied in an angry tone.

"Thank God, At least you told me your name", I replied smiling.

"You know my name. Now let's move back. I have to go submit the form", she said.

"I haven't even submitted my form yet, so let's go together", I said smiling.

"I do not need to go with you. I can go alone", she said and went to submit the form.

Why does this girl stay angry all the time, I talk with love but she answers in anger. if I ask anything, she doesn't tell. But I liked her attitude.

After submitting the form, I started teasing her again.

"Hey, Can we be friends?", I asked extending my hand towards her for a handshake.

She first looked at my hand, then smiled looking at me, I smiled back at her, then she turned her face back in anger and said no and my smile vanished as soon as I heard it. After that She started going from there.

I called that, but he was busy talking with her girl and was not coming.

"Hey stop, I'm also coming", I screamed and started following her.

After college, Bhai, Gaurav, and Saurav all went to watch the movie and after watching the movie we went to eat something. After that, Gaurav and Sourav left for their house.

We were also about to go to our house when suddenly my gaze fall on Ginni. She was with her friend Whom bhai may have liked. I saw both of them going inside the famous shopping mall. So she has come here for shopping.

Anyway, I don't have to buy anything. But now I feel like going to this shopping mall and shopping.

"Bhai, let's go shopping. I'd like to buy some clothes", I told him and took him with me to the shopping mall.

"Bhai, I come shopping now for myself. You wait for me. If you want to buy something, you can also go with me", I asked.

"No. I wait here. You come soon" Bhai replied.

I went to find that girl. I had 10 minutes to find her but she was nowhere to be seen. Then suddenly my phone started ringing and there was a call from my brother.

"Yes Bhai", I said smiling.

"I'm waiting for you outside in the car. When your shopping is over, then you come", Bhai said and cut the call.

don't know what happened to him suddenly. Why he was talking angrily. I was thinking that suddenly I saw my girl in a shop revolving around girls' dresses.

"Hi", I suddenly jumped in front of him.

"You came here chasing me too", she said angrily.

"Tell me one thing first. I talk to you so lovingly and why do you always speak angrily", I asked her angrily.

" my wish. If you are suffering so much, then you stay away from me", she replied in a serious tone.

"I can't stay away from you", I whispered.

"You said something?", She asked.

"You heard something?", I asked raising one of my eyebrows.

"No", she replied.

"Then I didn't say anything", I replied smiling.

"By the way, what have you come here to do?", I asked.

"I have come to eat Pav Bhaji", she replied giving me a quick glare.

"well, Pav Bhaji is also available here. I didn't know. thank you for telling", I replied smiling.

"Now go, don't waste my time. let me choose a nice dress", she said.

"let me help you", I replied.

"Thank you. But I Want to choose a dress for my friend Tanya not for me. Her birthday is coming", she replied.

"So your friend's name is Tanya?", I asked.

"Yes", she replied.

"Where is your friend right now?", I asked.

"she is looking at the dress on the other line. Now you go", she said.

Then she picked up a dress and went to her friend and I was standing there watching her secretly.

"This dress will look good on you", she said to her friend.

"Look, I have also chosen a dress for you. It will look good on you", Tanya said.

"You go. Try and get this dress packed. Then I'll try and pack the dress choose by you", she replied smiling.

I was standing along the wall listening to her while smiling continuously.

Her friend went to try on the dress, but when I looked at her again, I felt that she liked the dress chosen by her friend. But when she saw the price of that dress, her smile faded and she left the dress keeping the same.

Seeing her like this, my smile faded as well. I didn't like it at all. Don't know why, but seeing her sad face, my heart was disturbed. The happiness that I was getting to see her smiling disappeared. That's when I decided that I would give back a smile on her face.

Before anyone else picks up that dress. I quickly picked up that dress and saw its price.it was Rs.5000. I noticed that she was busy checking the dress of her friend. I quickly went to the shopkeeper and paid the amount for this dress and asked him to give the dress to that girl, but don't tell her that I have given the bill for this dress. Before their arrival, I went back to the shop. From where she couldn't see me.

"Where is your dress", Tanya asked her while taking her dress.

"Woh. Woh...", shopkeeper started speaking while cutting her in middle," Mam here is your dress".

"I'm going to buy heels, come there soon", Tanya said and left.

"But I didn't order you to pack this dress", She said in surprise.

"Mam.....here today 'Buy one get one free offer is on dresses because today our shop has completed 10 years, so the girl who bought the dress with you, it is with that dress", The shopkeeper said with a smile.

"Really", she asked excitedly.

"Yes mam", he replied smiling.

"Thank you so much", she replied giving him a wide smile.

She started going from there after taking that dress. She once looked back, probably looking for me but I quickly hid behind clothes. Then she smiled and went to my friend.

Seeing the same smile on her face, my heart was relieved and a big smile came on my face too.

I don't know if she will do friendship with me or not, but I want her to always smile.
