Fire of love ( One night with the arrogant billionaire)

Fate stands in front of her dad, tears flowing down her cheeks as she speaks in a calm tone.

"You can't do this to me, Dad. You know I am a brain tumor patient, didn't you think I could die from donating my kidney to Grace?"

Mr. Louis stood there, he didn't have any emotions as he listened to her outbursts in his eyes, he wasn't budging.

"Fate, you know how important it is in our life we have to find donors for Grace within a few days."

Mrs. Louis sighed heavily, "You are so selfish, Fate. Is this what you will use gratitude for adopting you, we provide for you, clothe you, feed you, and treat you like our own child after all we don't know if you are going to survive from a brain tumor. Don't jinx us with your ill life, Fate. Can't you just help us just like we do when you have no one?"She shouted.

Fate didn't expect this from Mrs. Louis who treats her like her own family and thinks she is one of them She sobs heavily.

"Fate if you can't sacrifice for this family then I don't see any reason for us to still cater to you these minutes. I want you out of my house when you decide what to do then you are allowed to come back to this house."

Mrs. Louis drags her out of the house with full force. Fate tries to beg them for mercy but Mr. Louis did not look in her direction.

Grace was in the sitting room with them listening to their argument.

"Fate, what is your usefulness for the family? I knew you hated me. You want me dead so you can own my parent's properties. Never. Now go out and leave like the orphan that you are. Don't let me see you around here if you are not ready to donate your kidney." She shouted.

Fate was sent out now she has nowhere to go, it is getting dark.

Their reactions and fake love made me realize how much I missed my biological mother even though she was not there when her father died. It is a very sad day for me the day my mother left me alone in this cruel world.

Fate: Mother did you know you are the most beautiful woman in this world and am sure my father is the most handsome man too.

Ruby: Yes baby your father is the most handsome man in this world, He loves his family. We are his priority, but he is no more.

She sighs bitterly.

I was always happy to have my mother by my side. She doesn't make me feel fatherless, My life was going smoothly at the age of 12. Life turned upside down the day my mother was diagnosed with chronic cancer. She died due to having no money to pay for the medical fee. That is the saddest day of my life. I was sent to an orphanage home by my mom's neighbor for proper care.

I remember the day I was adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Louis. They made me feel happy again until today I found out the reason why they adopted me.

She looks at the sky. Mother, why is my life like this coming back to Mom. I miss you. She cries out, choking on her tears.

Fate: (She brings out her phone. It starts ringing on the other side.)

Vanessa was my classmate. We both study at Bright International School. She is an orphan just like me. She lived alone and also did some jobs to cater for herself and paid her school fee. I do open up to her. We both share our life stories. She is my best friend.

Vanessa: Hi babe, how are you doing? Why are you crying? Don't tell me they still want you to donate for that rude girl. Wow! Those people are too selfish. They knew you were in a critical condition and they wanted to do that to you.

Fate: Vanessa. (She said with a cracked voice.) I don't know what to do. They sent me out of their house. I don't get anywhere to sleep. (She sobs bitterly.)

Vanessa: What? So where are you now?

Fate: I'm at Sterling Street, what will I do now?

Vanessa: Wait, I'm coming to pick you up.

Fate: Thank you, Vanessa! I'm so grateful. Thank you so much. (She speaks while a slight ray of hope shows in her eye.)

Grace on the other hand was happy about what happened. She has always hated Fate for sharing her parents' love with her. Not only that all the man she loves wants her, She will never wish for her to come to her house anymore. She did not have kidney disease anyway, She was just looking for a way to get some money from her parents. If Fate was to accept donating her kidney she will be doomed.

(At Louis's mansion)

Grace: Hmm now my rival is gone I just wish she did not come back after all this isn't her parent's house.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis lost their one and only daughter at age 10. Mrs. Louis and Mr. Louis looked for her but couldn't see her. So Mr. Louis comes up with adoption to make his wife forget about the long-term missing child. Now that Grace their daughter is back they will do anything for her.

It is already midnight. The latest Benz 2017 model was parked beside me, two heavily built men like a bouncer came out of the car in suits, I was passing by less caring about them already engulfed in my thoughts.

They move close to me.

John: Get in now.

Fate: To where? (I am shocked. I know something is happening here.)

Fate: I don't know why you will tell me to get inside. I don't know you!

I'm already tired from crying. All I need is to find somewhere to sleep.

John: (He signals to one of his men.)

Fate: Where are you taking me to get me down? (I was kicking him with all my strengths. With so many thoughts in my head. Where are they taking me to? Where are we going? Are they going to kill me? Are they kidnappers? I started crying out loud shouting for help before I knew I fell asleep it seemed I was drugged.
