Finding My Soulmate

Sitting on a plush bed in the middle of a grey painted room, my reflection in the black TV on the wall showed a petite girl clad in a skimpy night dress that could barely cover her ass.

A wine bottle sat idly by on the round glass table that was beside the long sofa which was placed to the side of the room.

I stared blankly at the tightly closed door for a while before I heard the familiar sound of the lock opening and two bulky men walked in soon after and left the door open as they stood before me.

"To increase the thrill, you get it?" One of them explained the open door as his eyes wandered all over me with a perverse look in his eyes.

They looked well off, young and handsome, and the watches on their wrists told me they were wealthy too.

I smiled at them as I met their eyes and slowly dragged myself to the edge of the bed with my long legs in front, giving them a full view.

The already short dress rode up at the front, but I quickly stood up after just flashing them a little.

"You are not just beautiful, but also seem to know what you are supposed to do, I like that, a beauty with brains," the other one complemented as his hands loosened the buckle of his belt and he started to undress, with his friend doing the same.

As they came near me fully naked, I walked towards them seductively, swaying my hips a little with my hands behind me.

They started touching me as soon as I stood before them. One man started eating my breasts while another bent down before licking my core through my clothes.

They weren't looking at me, so I took the chance to hit the 2 glass bars which I was holding, on both their heads with all the strength I could muster at that time.

They jumped away from me clutching their heads and I ran out of the door.

My left leg hit something and I fell face down. My chin hit the floor but I didn't care. I woke up when someone held my waist from behind.

I mustered up all my strength and kicked him hard on the knee.

Ahhh!!

The man grunted while I sprinted out of the house in seconds and never looked back.

I never took self defence classes and never tried to harm anyone before. I don't know from where I got this much courage today but I was thankful for it.

I ran like crazy on the empty road of apparently a back alley, wind caressing my face and hair, my feet touching the cold earth, the smell of night air pleasing my nose.

Soon I found myself running on a highway. A few trucks and buses were moving on the otherwise empty road but I didn't care if anyone could see me like this. I felt like a free bird, who flew out of its cage into the open night sky.

But then reality hit me. I could no longer enjoy these things nature has to offer.

I'll never see people roaming around, these trees, flowers, sky, stars, moon, sun, birds, animals, my parents, my James.

I am finished and this is my last night on this earth.

Tears started flowing like a steady river while I was running.

I have no idea how long I ran, but I saw a bridge passing over a river.

That is my final destination, I thought and ran towards it.

As I reached the bridge, I looked down at the river for a minute and started climbing on it when I heard a car coming to a screeching halt.

They found me !!!

My heart thudded loudly and I frantically raised my body and stood on the railing, closed my tear filled eyes and jumped before anyone could stop me.

I was bracing myself to hit the water when I felt a hand grab my hand mid air. I felt a familiar electricity course through me and then everything went blank.
