Falling for him (He is annoying, she is sassy...)

Chapter 1

Jayden's POV

I woke up one morning to find dad in my room, staring at me with his gentle eyes full of love and affection.

His green eyes are sad cause am just like mum, Dark blue eyes, dark hair, pale milk skin and full shaped lips.So as he was looking at me, a tear rolled out of his eyes.

'he is into his thinking again' I thought as I kept looking at his eyes.

Oh! pardon my manners. let me do a little introduction about myself,

My name is Jayden Brown.I am 18 years old, still in high school.I have a dad but my mum died 2 years ago.

I have one best friend and he is funny and cute too....

okay enough of the introduction, my dad likes thinking about my mom whenever he looks at me as he is doing now.

"Good morning dad"I greeted but he seems he is in his own world and he can't hear me.

"GOOD MORNING DAD!!"I greeted louder this time and he snapped out of his thoughts and look at me apologetically.

"Actually....I came to tell you something" he said.

"what do you want to tell me?"I asked him.

"Actually..."he trailed.

"Dad, what's it actually? tell me what you want to tell me" I replied.

"I know you have lovely memories of this place but i just want to tell you that we are relocating" he said.

"what!? To where?"I asked sitting on the bed.

"To California, son" he replied.

"But dad, you know that the memories of my mom and I is here and i don't want to leave this place"I said crying already as I remembered my mother.

He smiled sadly as he continued while he tried holding back his tears.

"And you know that this was the place your mom left me and you to face this wicked world"He said sniffing back the tears that is threatening to fall from his eyes.

I hugged him as I cried on his shoulder and he hugged me back while rubbing my back soothingly.

"it's okay son" he said patting my back.

Few hours later, I called my friend on phone.

"Hey man, what's up"He said after picking the call.

"The sky"I answered him, grinning cause I know the expression on his face now .

"Man, it's unfair.okay why are you calling me?"he asked.

I cleared my throat being all serious.

"Buddy, I just heard from my father that we are relocating to California"I said.

"what!?" he exclaimed.

"why do you wants to relocate?" he asked again.

"Actually i don't know man, I'm just fed up"I said feeling frustrated.

After we discussed, along the way he said he will come and check on me before we leave and I hang up.

After the call I started packing my luggage, I went to the shower to freshen up and wore my pyjamas, then i jumped on the bed as sleep enveloped me into the dream world.

**MORNING**

I woke up at 7 am and do my morning routine. our flight is to take off at 9 am that morning.

I wore a deep blue v.neck sweater, black pants, and sneakers.

I carried my luggage and backpack to the living room where Dad was reading a magazine.

"Good morning Dad "I greeted.

"Morning son. How was your night?" he replied.

"It's fine what time are we leaving for the airport?"I asked him.

"We are leaving at 8 am. so go and get ready," He said.

"I am ready, I just want to go and say goodbye to my friend, Noah," I said.

"Okay don't be long," he said patting my shoulder.

"Thanks, Dad. bye"I kissed his cheek and sauntered out.

I park my car in the garage of Noah's mansion and step out of the car. I walked to the entrance of the beautifully decorated mansion and pressed the door bell.

He opened his door and saw me there

"Hey, what's up," he said giving me a brief hug.

"I am fine best, am just fed up" I said.

"why?"

"Cause we are leaving for the airport in 45 minutes from now. I just said I should come and say goodbye to you dearest friend" I said and embrace him.

We chatted, play and have fun before Dad called and said it was time to leave for the airport.

We cried together and later on, we said our byes.

"Goodbye buddy, see you after my high school year," I said hugging him, we disengage from the hug and I entered my Lamborghini Gallardo car and zoom off.

I got home and saw Dad waiting for me by the car.

'It's time to go' I said to myself and take a last look at the house. I entered the backseat of the car and my dad entered the passenger seat and the driver zoomed off.

On the bench at the airport, Dad look at me and said,

"How's your visit to your friend?"

"It's interesting Dad before you called and spoiled the fun"I replied pouting my lips.

"Hahaha , well it's time to leave that's why I called you, son, "Dad said laughing.

That's why I love my dad, he is carefree and generous to everyone except business matters.

"Dad, can I ask you one question?"
