Chapter 4 The wolf is handsome

Alice POV

I looked up from the tiled floor and saw a guy, I didn't know why but I felt he was familiar like the guy from last night, then I convinced myself that he couldn't be the fierce guy seeing how cool he was.

He was really handsome. I shifted painfully towards the bed and I swear I saw a flash of emotion in his blue eyes, I looked intensely but realized it was false.

He stared at my nude body like he was lost in thoughts. I fumbled for the sheets, I couldn't embarrass myself in front of this Greek Adonis. He was so handsome, he had fine pointed nose and red plump lips that I imagined kissing it right away.

He had fine cheekbones and well chiseled jawline with little stubbles that you would only notice if you came closer, which made me sense authority and a domineering aura around him. It made me shiver, he looked like someone you wouldn't dare to meddle with.

He was far better in looks than most humans. He had broad hunky chest and I could see eight packed abbs through his black shirt that stuck to him like a second skin.

Gosh, this guy scared me, he was so masculine and had a serious business face which screamed danger if you dare mess up with him. But amidst all that he was so handsome, I just can't explain it. I looked at his long legs huge biceps, He towered above me six' two or thereabout.

Jeez this guy should really have flocks of girls all over him. I didn't know when I said Good morning, it just escaped my lips and surprisingly he nodded to my greetings.

In the human world, no one ever replied my greetings especially those rich, nosy and bossy ladies and some guys who had this overbearing aura who felt like they were the only people existing in the world and others were trash.

Since then I learnt to stop greeting people except my adoptive parents. They were the kindest people I had ever met. They treated me fondly and took care of me until they died just recently.

I held back the tears that gathered in my eyes clouding my view. I can't disgrace myself in front of this god. I would be alright, now that I was in a new world.

I had heard many stories of foster and step parents being wicked infact I had a course mate that experienced such but mine were so good to me which surprised me. I had been a shadow of myself since they died in a car accident.

My best friend, Annalisa the only friend I had since Drake broke my heart advised me to attend the school trip with her so that I could cool off.

Waking from my reverie, I looked at the guy in front of me, he was the first guy that had ever talked to me so calmly without looking at me lustfully as I thought.

I admit that I was really pretty that was why most girls loathed me and guys fawned over me just to get me in their beds.

Drake was a good example, I thought he loved me but he ended up shattering love for him.

Since then I had protected myself until yesterday when a wolf, an animal not even a normal human had me. Fuck, I will never let that wolf go if I see it again.

Looking again at the handsome guy, he told me that I was in a new world. I had known it already when I saw those wolves already. I thought I was dead both from the scary sights and the rape until I found myself here.

I had some doubts, If I was raped why couldn't I recall anything after I blacked out and why didn't I feel traumatized or sore.

I don't want to think about anything again. I want to go home and that is how our conversation began. Then suddenly he strangled me because of what I said, I wondered why he reacted that way? Wait was he an Alpha?.

Did he really think I'd fall for any wolf after what happened last night. I felt it was a wolf of influence that abused me that way, either he was an Alpha or a Lycan. Of course I wanted to take revenge but he misunderstood me. Please......Then he left me making me to fall to the floor.......

The bathroom, "Yeah the bathroom", I muttered and looked around the beautiful room. I saw a glass door, It was opaque, I couldn't see what was inside. I limped to the door and opened it, This was the largest bathroom I had ever seen and It was round.

Maybe it was because of the size of the wolves but normal werewolves weren't that large, Was it a Lycan....Forget it. I walked towards the bathtub, wow, it was round, I had never seen a round bathtub before.

The automatic faucet sensed the presence of a person and began to fill the bathtub. That was really cool.

I saw many towels on the towel rack. I reached out to take one, It was really silky, I checked it out on my body and found a strand of black fur on it.

It was familiar, was it the wolf from last night? Was this his room?

Good opportunity........ The water was already foamy and had filled to my desired level. I sat in the expensive bathtub and thought about how other wolves would look like.

I had read many wolf novels so they wouldn't be too different from the guy yesterday and the ones in the novels right? Some wolves dislike humans, I had even read novels where the humans were killed and eaten or sent as a peace treaty to the rogues, Would I be welcomed here? or as usual, Will I be treated as garbage and a sack of useless trash??

With this thoughts, I didn't know when I slept off.
