Tristan brought the girl who has occupied his heart along to attend such an event today. Perhaps he could not wait any longer to introduce Ellie to the rest of the Flynn family members.
Katherine felt like her heart has been pierced by a needle. Her eyes hurt more than her heart.
She turned around and left the place quietly, not wanting to witness the scene in front of her. She left the cemetery in a daze The scene occupied her mind and it hurt so much that she felt like she couldn't breathe.
She felt nauseated and rushed to a tree nearby. She retched for a long time, but nothing came up. Suddenly she remembered that she had not eaten anything all day.
After a while, she started walking and went down the mountains. The Flynn mansion was nearby the cemetery and soon Katherine stood in front of the mansion. She looked at the mansion before her with tears in her eyes, thinking that it would be her last time here.
During the past two of their marriage, Tristan hardly paid any attention to Katherine let alone cared for her. So it is only right that their marriage ends and they move on and live the rest of their life separately.
Since Grandpa has passed on, and after his funeral, it would only be a matter of time before Tristan hands her over the divorce papers. Tristan could not wait for his lawyer to draw up their divorce papers soon after his grandpa passed on.
His grandfather Nathan Flynn had three children. The Eldest child was Nolan, who was Tristan's father. He died in an accident along with his wife, leaving Tristan alone. The Second was Stewart, who doesn't have any children with his wife Peyton. The youngest was a daughter named Nora, who has a son named Kyle with her husband Easton.
Nathan had valued Tristan so much that he passed on the reigns of the Flynn family to Tristan. With Tristan now being the CEO of Flynn group, he no longer has to answer regarding his decisions with his family members that include his decision to divorce Katherine. Even though both Stewart and Nora doted on Katherine, there is nothing much they could do to persuade Tristan.
Katherine kept walking down the mountains. The Flynn family home was on top of the mountain, and there was no public transportation nearby, so she could only walk down the mountain.
It was getting dark and it looked like it would soon drizzle.
Thinking so, Katherine quickened her pace.
A car engine roared nearby.
