Be motivated!

"So are we supposed to be surprised?" Josh asked as he rocked in his chair staring at the message on his laptop screen.

"You should be motivated." Eric replied.

"Uhm okay, hurray,yey I am motivated by this message I read few minutes ago, I am full of motivation right now." Josh said sarcastically throwing his hands on the air in false celebration.

"What is this supposed to mean?"

"That was me being motivated."

"That was not the way I wanted you to react to this."

"Well that was the only reaction I have."

"Josh son listen."

"Please I don't want to hear anything please, I would love it if you left me alone."

"You know that is not the proper was to treat your father. Son." Eric said stressing the words father and son.

"Of course I am aware. Father." Josh replied coldly.

"Your wings are too itchy, all they want to do is to spread out and fly instead of sitting down and listen to their father but anyways,I would let you do your thing, experience they say is the best teacher. I am sure one day you will still come running back to me."

Josh scoffed. "You wish." He muttered but Eric's ears were very sharp to catch them. Eric looked at him and pursed his lips not knowing what to say.

"I got a message about Jordan Macoy." Eric said. "Why did you not do what I asked you to?"

"Do you honestly want an answer to that?"

"Yes of course, I do." Eric said.

" I am not really surprised in a way." Kyle said as he went back to his seat.

"I mean we don't have to, things like should not be called news."

"We all know Petfoot knows how to make mind blowing games, I never expected less."

"Three point eight million downloads in just three days, men this is the dream."

"They are the top gaming company in the country, we should not expect less and they shouldn't give us less."

"Dude we should download the game and study the format and skill they used in producing the game, it could help us you know."

"Yeah it could, but do we have that kind of 'format' and 'skill'?"

"We may or may not, we don't know what kind they used."

"Obviously it is the mind blowing kind."

"Kyle stop making me feel less, I just want the best for our company, you may me sound stupid."

"Sorry, I was just trying to bring you to reality."

"Fine. You have stayed way too long here, don't you have anything to do today?"

"Nope, I don't."

"You don't?"

"Yes. Do I?"

Susan walked into the meeting room carrying some documents which were packed neatly in a flie and handed them to Victoria. Smiling politely, Victoria took the file and placed them on the table as Susan took a seat joining the three other employees who were already seated.

"As we already know." Victoria started. "We will be having an intense working period from next month because we will be partnering with two different companies on two different games at the same time."

"I thought it was just a company." The blonde haired guy, dressed in a check T-Shirt with tiny spectacles asked.

"Plans changed, we figured, actually Miss Victoria here figured it would be more beneficial to work with two companies." Susan replied.

"At a time?" A petite black haired and cute looking Chinese girl asked. "What if we don't make it? What if the result turns out poor?"

"That is why I called this meeting." Victoria said. "This stage we are about to enter is a very important stage for our company that is why we should not allow anything or anyone make us mess this up. We are at the verge of becoming the top gaming company in the country and the world hopefully so I implore you all as the heads of the most important departments of this company that you give us your best so that we can be able to ace this and make our dreams come true."

"Is this solely on our company?" Courtney, a brunette young lady with an intimidating face asked.

"How do you mean?" Victoria asked.

"Like I mean, is it our ideas to bring,our graphics to design, our sounds to make."

"Of course not, that is why we are partnering with people,they say two heads are better than one."

"More like three heads." Lyn, the Chinese girl said and they laughed.

"Do we get to know who we would be working with or do you want to suprise us." Sam, the guy asked.

"I would have loved to suprise you but no I won't because surpises always come with drama, trust me when I say drama. So since I don't love drama I am going to tell you what you need to know." She paused. "After going through thirty five proposals, thirty five amazing proposals, I came to the conclusion that we would be going with these two great companies; Mayfield gaming company and Asgard Tech gaming company."

"Oh" Susan said.

"Any problems?"

"Maybe" Sam replied.

"I expected something more developed and advanced, Asgard Tech, not bad but Mayfield?"

"They can't even fund a decent game."

"That is why they were chosen,they had this convincing and strong willed proposal and they also need a shot maybe we could help them develop and become advanced and maybe from there, they would be able to get enough money to fund a decent game."

"Yeah I think I see your point." Lyn said and Courtney nodded in agreement.

"Susan and Sam?" Victoria asked.

"Well I doesn't matter the company we partner with all what matters is what we gain at the end so no problem." Susan said.

"I don't think i can oppose since the brain boxes have already said yes."

"That's more like it. So you all should take the remaining four days to relax and enjoy because next month is going to be fire."

"Is that like a day off." Courtney asked.

"It is days off sister,go relax, enjoy and prepare alright."

"Okay." They said in affirmation.

"Give me one minute let me send them an email for them to prepare also."

Victoria said and Susan handed over her laptop to her.
